North Carolina is a state situated in the Southeastern part of United States with its Atlantic Seaboard. North Carolina was one of the original Thirteen Colonies, and the base for the first English colony in the Americas. November sales totaled 3,067 out of nearly 16,723 listings, so it is taking about 5 ˝ months for the inventory to turn over. The market is slowing down as we moved into winter.
