This update about statistics is from our Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) through November and with 11 months of statistics for the year now, is starting to be a better reflection of the market this year. Listings have continued to grow substantially while the number of sales have lowered from the same period last year. This trend has extended for the year and became even more observable in the fall. This has made a bit of a buyer's market. However, we have noticed an increase in buyer activity in December and it seems that the trend may be toward a brisker market in the spring. Time only can say of course and we'll watch what the statistics brings for the year 2007.
